North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has reaffirmed his country’s commitment to strengthening ties with China, describing the bond between the two nations as underpinned by an “unshakeable will” to deepen cooperation.
The statement comes amid a high-profile display of unity, featuring Kim and his wife Ri Sol Ju alongside Chinese President Xi Jinping and his wife Peng Liyuan during what appears to be a formal ceremonial event involving military honours.
